Every BITTANY bride receives a free repurposing consultation and voucher within 6 to 12 months of their wedding. We’ve got you!

At BITTANY Bridal, we take pride in offering a structured, collaborative experience that blends creativity with precision. Whether you're designing a dress for your big day or your bridal party, here’s how we work with you:

1. Free Bridal Discovery Call

We begin with a warm, no-obligation 30mins online consultation to understand your vision, style preferences, cultural inspiration, and long-term goals for your outfit.

2. Design + Concept Moodboarding

Based on your story and aesthetic, we create a design direction and fabric concept. This includes moodboards, color palettes, sketches, and styling ideas that align with your ceremony and your future rewear plans.

3. Measurement & Fitting

  • For brides that are able to come in, we’ll take precise body measurements and conduct at least 1 fitting session during production, before final fitting.
  • For our international brides, we provide a guided virtual measuring session with easy-to-follow instructions and assistance.

4. Craftsmanship & Creation

Our team begins production, ensuring every stitch aligns with your vision and fit. We provide progress updates and transparent timelines every step of the way.

5. Final Fitting + Delivery

We ensure your final look is everything you imagined and more. For international clients, we arrange safe shipping and virtual fitting support to check that everything fits just right.

6. Post-Wedding Repurposing (up to 12 Months post-wedding)

You’ll receive a repurposing voucher and a personal consultation after your wedding. Whether you want to turn your outfit into a party dress, or two brand-new pieces - we’re here to breathe new life into your bridal story.
